Description

Section 96(2) amendment to modify Condition (6A) of consent to allow continuation, for a further 5-years trial period, of the existing approved extended trading hours between 12 midnight - 2.00am on Mondays to Saturdays inclusive and between 10.00pm - 12 midnight on Sundays for the first floor level licensed restaurant known as Darlo Country Club. (The hours of 8.00am -12 midnight Mondays to Saturdays inclusive and 8.00am - 10.00pm on Sundays are already approved on a permanent basis). It is also sought to modify Condition (6B) to include an updated Plan of Management and to delete Condition (11)(b) relating to a maximum number of 20 persons permitted to queue outside the premises.
