Removal of the rubbish will be welcome but it is cosmetic only. What about stabilisation of the cliff wall which is weathering at an accelerating rate since exposed to the elements by excavation. This site should be built on asap or restored to a more stable form.

I agree with Graeme Stokes' comments. We are very concerned about the rapidly deteriorating condition of the cliff wall, especially where the natural water course on the right (facing from street) is undercutting. There also seems to be a lack of drainage and so the area becomes quite swampy for a long period after rain. A breeding place for mosquitoes.

Also, the 'registered' vehicles parked on the street which belong to the owner of the land perhaps could be moved on to the block allowing for a clearer view for traffic traveling east to west along Riverview Road.
