- Section 96(2) amendment to modify Condition (6) of consent to allow continuation of the existing approved extended trading hours between 12 midnight and 4.00am on Mondays to Sundays inclusive for the first floor level licensed bar known as Beach Haus. (The hours of 12 midday-12 midnight Mondays to Sundays are already approved on a permanent basis). It is also sought to modify Conditions (8), (6B) and (7) to make reference to the updated Plan of Management and to seek an increase to the number of patrons permitted to queue on Roslyn Street from 6 to 20 people.
