This FA relates to D/2014/1695 which failed to acknowledge my submission in the Assessment Report on page 20.
It also relates to D/2014/1738 withdrawn on 23 April 2015.
It also relates to D/2025/1667 refused on 15 March 2016.
I phoned Simon Ip on 24 March 2016 who gave me 'no comment 'treatment when I queried the Assessment Report.
I expect that the FA will be delayed whilst the matters I raised in the previous DA's are addressed.
