D/2016/799 mentions D/2014/1695 previously approved outdoor seating in Alfred St. This is incorrect. I also made a submission to Bridget McNamara dated 11 June 2015 and acknowledged by Maryann Bonett on 12 June 2015. On 10 july 2015 I received the NOD decision and 'the matters you raised were considered in assessing the application '.
However on page 20 of the Assessment Report mentions only 1 submission was received (and it wasn't mine.)
D/2014/1738 did however relate to the Seating on Alfred St and I was informed by email and post despite since being told that because I am a Kiosk I can't be notified. I made a submission on 17 December 2014 to Amy Allen. The DA was subsequently withdrawnon 23 April 2015.
Again D/2015/1667 was lodged on 18 November 2015 and I was not notified although a neighbour. I made a submission to Simon Ip due to the number of apparent mistakes involved. The DA was refused on 15 March 2016.
Planner Ip refused to comment when I phoned on 24 March to inquired about the Assessment Report.
Please resolve the issues I previously raised relating to D/2014/1695, D/2014/1738 ,D/2015/1667 before D/2016/799 is assessed.
