Proposed changes are to increase the number of serviced apartments to 79 and reduce the number of residential apartments to 135, alter the residential dwelling mix, minor changes to parking allocation and configurations, reconfigure ground floor residential and serviced apartment lobbies, increase the site area to reflect acquisition of lightwell to Skittle Lane, and subsequent modification of associated conditions of consent.
