- Fit out and use for the temporary development of the 'Pocket Park' to the east of the building at 200 George Street for licensed food and drink premises. The park will include the provision of pre-fabricated containers for the food and drink premises, amenities, covered seating, bicycle parking, lighting, signage and landscaping. The proposed hours are 6.00am to 8.00pm Monday to Wednesday; 6.00am to 12.00 midnight Thursday and Friday; and 12.00 midday to 12.00 midnight Saturday and Sunday. The park is seeking to accommodate up to 100 persons.
