It is an absolute nightmare living in Forest Grove at the moment with 5 storey height apartment blocks being built across the road from me making it extremely difficult to work from home as I do. On the same side of this planning proposal for Maida a three storey apartment block( with a level of underground parking) is presently nearing completion. All along the same side I know that this has definitely been zoned for three storey's only all along Mauda Street. As Hornsby Council have only just been amalgamated into Parramatta I have no idea who my councillor is so this I am hoping will go directly to Parramatta Council.
