Section 96AA(1) modification of consent to amend Condition 2 to continue the trial trading hours of the rooftop bar of Sugarmill Hotel (licensed) from 10.00pm to 12 Midnight, 7 days per week, for a 5 year trial period. The hours of 10.00am to 10.00pm are already approved on a permanent basis. The proposal also includes changes to Condition 6, to allow an updated Plan of Management. The rooftop terrace has capacity for 120 patrons, which is included in the premises' overall capacity of 850 patrons.
