As owners of the adjoining property ...we are unsure just how much sunshine and privacy we will loose with the proposed additions. Have shadow diagrams been asked for ..as the height of the roofline of the garage / carport seems excessively high. In Winter there is only a small amount of sunlight to our side passage and kitchen windows - the new work would leave us with NO SUNSHINE AT ALL IN WINTER TO OUR SIDE GARDEN.
With respect to loss of privacy - there is little distance between the 2 properties and the applicants drawings show an excessive number of windows. Could these windows be of obscure glass or better still skylights.
