Is it just me or has the online info for this DA been inaccessible for a week? I've called Council 3 times to get them to fix this. They keep saying they will, but they still haven't.

I know - you can't view anything. Council just take forever to do anything but people need to be able to see it so they can comment as you only have a number of weeks to do so

    Found it!

    This is the correct url.

    http://datracker.botanybay.nsw.gov.au/Application/ApplicationDetails/010.2016.00000041.001/

If that doesn't work, go to http://www.botanybay.nsw.gov.au/Home. Navigate to Planning and do a search for the DA. Enter Year as 2016 and Number is 41.

I think Botany council is trying to prevent the community from lodging their objection on the demolition of the beautiful Marina Theatre by giving an invalid URL and the fact that they provided an invalid link is just plain wrong. So I object to this development on the fact that more heritage will disappear. I sometimes stay with friends there. I hope it doesn't go ahead.
