Section 96(2) modification of consent to continue the trial trading hours of the bar ‘This Must Be The Place’, permitting the indoor areas to trade between 7.00am and 12.00midnight Mondays to Sundays inclusive and the outdoor terrace to trade between 10.00am and 10.00pm Mondays to Sundays inclusive. The hours between 8.00am and 11.00pm (indoors) and 10.00am to 8.00pm (outdoor terrace) are already approved on a permanent basis. The proposal also seeks to amend condition 9E of the consent to require security only if patron number exceeds 100.
