- Sydney International Convention, Exhibition and Entertainment Precinct (SICEEP) - Mixed use community and retail building and publicly accessible square within the North Plot comprising: • construction and use of a six storey building (known as The Darling Exchange) comprising retail and community uses; • fit out of the ground and mezzanine levels to provide a market hall and food and beverage offering, and fit out of the level 5 restaurant and bar; • construction and embellishment of a new publicly accessible square (The Square) with space for markets, outdoor events and recreation and a timber canopy along the western edge of The Square including two kiosk-style retail pods; • construction of a pedestrian laneway (Little Hay Street) between the North-East and South-East plot; • outdoor events within The Square including weekly weekend markets, and periodic medium and large scale events throughout the year; • completion of general interface works to connect the new public domain with existing public domain; • signage zones; and and • remediation and extension and augmentation of infrastructure, as required.
