There is already insufficient street parking for residents and people using the shops on Rocky Point Road. Does the underground parking allow enough spaces for all vehicles (residents, visitors and guests) visiting the property?
Again I am concerned with the over-development of the Ramsgate area with high density dwellings, that ultimately bring more people and traffic to an already crowded area.
Why and who is profiting from this over-development? It doesn't seem to benefit any existing residents of the area.
