I am the owner of 2 Apartments in Landmark building ( part of Radisson Hotel). I wish to lodge an objection to this application on behalf of my tenants.
1) I believe that the increase in height will adversely affect their enjoyment of the units due to hotel rooms looking into each other.
2) The rooftop cafe /bar will also affect their quiet enjoyment of the properties due to noise concerns especially on the nights that it is open until midnight
3) The Hotel will also cause issues in relation to increased traffic volumes through an already congested area of the City.
