I am concerned by the over development occurring along Rock Point Road. Parking and traffic is an ever increasing problem that will be made worse by developments like this.
During peak hour traffic the congestion is terrible around Ramsgate and outside of those hours the parked cars reduce the available lanes by half. This is exacerbated when someone tries to reverse park!
Where is the improved public transport, traffic management plans and other infrastructure to support the ever increasing number of people being squeezed into units in our area?
