Another homeowner benefiting from the unfair, unjust and inconsistent local authority policies. This homeowner will also benefit from the good price they would reach during selling time due to no heritage restrictions.

Why this is not the case for the heritage homes. They are punished severely twice, not being able to rebuild, and declining property value. Based on approach taken for HO143 this home can be easily classified as heritage. Bust why it wasn't classified ?

Why local authorities so not treat all homes equally in Kew. Does anybody know ? Does anybody know who overseas the apparatus of the local authorities ?
