Description

Section 96(2) modification of condition 11 of the consent to continue the approved trial trading hours of the licensed establishment known as Martin Place Bar. Current approved trial hours are 7.00am - 5.00am the following day, Monday to Sunday. Further modifications include amendment to condition 5 to include an updated Plan of Management, delete the requirement within condition 9 to provide increased security at instruction of Council and delete reference to amplified noise in spruiking within condition 18.
