We do not need another Childcare center in our over parked residential street, with all its noise, traffic and parking problems that we have in Landers Road.
The Development application will accommodate 116 children and 21 staff. Where does council think they are all going to park their cars? The street is too small to accommodate two childcare centers . All residents in the street already have parking problems with commuters parking in the street. The sheriff are constantly booking them.
We object the Development Application to develop 30+30A Landers Road . Too noisy, not enough parking
