- smoke will enter next door
- how are we going to control the smoke and smell next to my unit
- no elevation drawings of the smoke vent stack.
- smoke may enter to neighbouring streets.
- need proper design drawings and certification.
doesn't deserve approval.
we have already too much problems in the area with restaurants smoke haze and smell.
