Temporary use of the future Cultural Space below Barangaroo Headland Park for a range of public and private events. Approval is sought for the use of the space for 2 years for arts events, community and cultural festivals, exhibitions, corporate/business events, filming, sporting uses and general events (e.g. Awards, cinema, product launches or food and wine events). Major events to be limited to 4 occurrences per year. Festivals to be limited to 6 events per year. Minor events unlimited in occurrence. Proposed hours of use are generally 7.00am to 12.00midnight, seven days per week. The proposal includes use of the 300 space car park within the Headland Park.
