Works include the partial demolition of existing Building 12 at ground and first floor level comprising the existing ambulance bay and adjoining private building entrance; construction of an additional 985sqm GFA to extend over existing internal roadway; reconfiguration of ambulance parking bays, drop off area and driveway; removal of one regulated tree to facilitate building expansion; site landscaping and servicing to support the building expansion.
