- Integrated Development Application for improvement works on Argyle Street between Lower Fort Street and Kent Street. Proposal includes upgrade of the footpath along the southern side of Argyle Street, creation of a shared zone at the intersection of Argyle Street and Watson Road, reclamation of the bus layover (former tram turning circle) adjacent to the Abraham Mott Hall for use as a new community pocket park, relocation of the heritage bus shelter to align with the new Argyle Street footpath, minor external works to the Abraham Mott Hall and Harry Jensen Centre including upgrades to the existing community playground and site accessibility, demolition of the bin storage area and facade improvement works, demolition of the existing picnic shelter on the southern side of Argyle Street, planting of new street trees, installation of lighting and seating, and associated signage.
