Modify Condition (3) of consent to extend the trading hours for the Shop 50 café tenancy (Bang Tang) aka 50 Llankelly Place so as to operate between 7.00am - 10.00pm Mondays to Sundays inclusive (current approved trading hours are 7.00am - 5.00pm daily). It is also sought to amend Conditions (2) and (3A) to permit the footway seating to also operate between 7.00am - 10.00pm Mondays to Sundays. (Footway Application FA/2014/389 is proposed concurrently to include these extended (hours and to increase the amount of seating from 2 tables and 8 chairs to 4 tables and 12 chairs within the same 6 square metre area section of the Llankelly Place public footway).
