- Central Park - The SSD proposal involves: • construction of a 16-19 storey mixed use building with a total gross floor area of 25,755m2 containing 283 hotel rooms, 48 residential apartments, 6,146m2 of commercial office space, retail uses at the lower ground and ground level, and a child care centre; • four levels of basement comprising car parking, bicycle parking, end-of-journey facilities, hotel facilities, and service infrastructure to service Block 1 and Block 4N; • associated signage and stratum subdivision; and • retention and restoration of the Australian Hotel and Abercrombie Street terraces.
