The last thing High Street needs more of is high density apartment buildings. As we return to some sort of normal, this location would be a prime location for an outdoor beer garden style bar. We've seen the creep of apartment buildings move further north from Separation Street over the last few years and our beloved High Street losing it's character. Every second house sold in the area is now being demolished and replaced with 5 townhouses - let's not make it worse with more apartment buildings.
