The hours of 7.00am to 10.00pm 7 days are already approved on a permanent basis. The premises have a capacity of 120 patrons. This S96(2) also proposes to remove the requirement (under Condition (4)(b)(i)) for security to be employed on Thursday nights. Security is to be employed on Friday and Saturday from 7.00pm only.
