- Alterations to the Walsh Bay Promenade and part of Hickson Road including installation of new retractable awnings to the retail shops of the Shore Apartment buildings facing the boardwalk (north) and to the retail premises on the south side of Hickson Road. The proposal includes removal of existing redundant signage to be replaced with new uniform signage along the retail premises in the same locations. The application is Integrated Development requiring the approval of the Heritage Council under the Heritage Act 1977.
