S96(2) modification of consent to amend the approved trading hours of the licensed bar known as Beach Haus. The hours of 6.00pm-12 midnight Monday to Sunday are already approved on a permanent basis, and a 12 month trial to permit trading between 12 midnight and 4.00am has been completed. The application seeks approval for extended trading between 12 midday and 4.00am Monday to Sunday, for a 2 year trial period. Approval is also sought to increase the number of patrons permitted on the balcony at any given time from 10 to 20 people, and to increase the number of patrons permitted to queue on Roslyn Street from 6 to 20 people.
