Proposed trading hours are - cafe: 6.30am - 10.30pm, Sunday to Thursday, 6.30am - 1.00am the following day Friday and Saturday; bicycle shop: 7.30am - 10.30pm, Mondays to Sundays inclusive; events: 8.00am - 10.30pm, with special annual events trading until 4.00am the following day (2 x a year).
