- Alterations and additions to Levels 5 and 6 of the existing building. The proposed works are: (1) Installation of a frosted film onto the existing balustrade to a height of 700mm along the south facing deck at Level 6; (2) Removal of planter boxes around the periphery of Level 6; (3) Installation of new pergolas with tinted glazing at Level 6 to the north and south elevations of the building; (4) Installation of tinted glazing to the approved pergolas at Level 6 on the east and west elevations of the building. The tinted glazing is proposed to replace the approved timber battens on the pergolas; (5) Installation of tinted glazing on the existing pergolas at Level 5 on the eastern and western elevations of the building.
