Section 96(2) modification of consent to amend the approved floor plans of licensed restaurant known as 'Beach Burrito' to include existing rear extension, existing rear deck and new rear roof enclosure. It is proposed to use the rear area as part of the restaurant which increases the total capacity to 110 patrons (60 patrons indoor and 50 patrons at the rear). Proposed hours of the rear area are between 11.00am - 12.00 midnight, Mondays to Sundays inclusive.
