- Replacement of two fire damaged industrial buildings. It is understood that the original buildings were destroyed by a fire which occurred on 15 April 2024. The fire damaged buildings have since been removed but the original slabs remain. The proposal is to reinstate the buildings on the existing slabs, essentially as a like for like replacement. The site represents the premises of Australian Queen Bee Exporters. The proposal does not involve a change in land use.
