Section 4.55(1A) modification to DA/95/2025 for the fit-out and use of a tenancy within the Melrose Park Town Centre as a 148 place centre-based child care facility with 37 nominated car parking spaces in the basement. The modification seeks to amend the internal layout of the approved childcare centre, reduce the centre's capacity from 148 to 108 children, and reduce the car parking allocation from 37 to 28.
