I support this application.
The site holds a single house spread across two lots, so replacing it with a semi-detached dwelling on each lot adds a home to a street that is a short walk from Stanmore station and the local shops. The design follows the semi-detached homes already built along Westbourne Street, so it fits the street while making better use of a block that carries one house today. This is exactly where more housing should go.
