I have concerns about the impact of this development on the trees on the property which are large well developed habitat trees. We need these large trees so the development in the backyard of a duplex will inevitably involve removal of the trees. I think the additional building on a duplex block is too dense for this area. The duplex next door has already done this so there are now 3 dwellings on one previous lot. Making it 4 is too dense. I also cannot see how building will proceed as there is no access to the site. This will mean that a crucial and very busy part of Forest road will be continuously blocked by cranes and trucks manoeuvring building materials over the duplex. This site is one house down from the corner with the round about so this intersection will be blocked throughout construction on a daily basis. This is not fair on all the residents who live in the area
Particularly those in Lugarno who will have their ability to leave the area compromised. This is an inappropriate development on an inappropriate site.
