This application will cover such walls. Walls that are within the development premise, less than 2.00 m height and not adjacent to any of the neighboring properties, will be built under the approved BP 26 1792. This application needs to be referred to Louse McClelland (Building Surveyor) as they are aware of the different stages of walls to construct under this development. This requires an urgent attention as this is Part 2/3 submissions we need to do for retaining walls.
