My only concern with this application is the upper deck is to be open to the North side and is to contain a 100 inch television. Whilst this deck is to be roofed, what provision is there to contain any excess noise that may emanate from this structure and be a possible disturbance to neighbouring properties? This will be a large, multi level entertaining area.
