Subject: Concern Regarding Planning Permit Application – 61 Heaths Road, Hoppers Crossing VIC 3030

Dear Council,

I am writing to raise a serious concern regarding the planning permit application/alert relating to 61 Heaths Road, Hoppers Crossing VIC 3030.

To my understanding, the person who has made or lodged this planning permit application does not have legal authority from the registered owners/trustees of the property to make such an application.

The property is owned by my brother and his partner, who each hold a 50% interest in the property through a joint trust. My brother is also the Director and Secretary of the trust.

I have discussed this matter directly with my brother, and he has confirmed that:

* He was not aware that this planning permit application had been made.
* He has not authorised or instructed anyone to make this application on his behalf.
* He has not provided his consent to the proposed planning application.
* To his knowledge, no authority has been given by the owners/trust to the applicant to make this application.

I only became aware of this matter after coming across the planning alert while browsing Google for unrelated personal information.

Given the above, I respectfully request that Council verify the authority of the applicant to make the planning permit application, including whether the applicant has obtained the required consent or authority from the legal owner(s)/trustees of the property.

I also request that this correspondence be placed on the relevant planning application file and that Council consider the ownership and authority issues before progressing or determining the application.

Please confirm receipt of this objection/concern and advise what documentation or evidence Council requires from the property owners/trustees to formally establish that the applicant does not have authority to act in relation to the property.

Yours sincerely,
