Typical asking for forgiveness rather than permission.
Was 32 rooms, now 33 rooms. Now has less parking spaces. Also now council looks to have given permission for a electric vehicle charging point to be place on the street in front of boarding house. This takes away already scarce parking places on Campbell St and it's position only metres away from pedestrian safety area on an already narrow part of the street. There is just NO thought in these decisions...........

Why do you need car spaces in a boarding house? That's where the whole planning farce is highlighted. Boarding houses near public transport - fine; but don't add vehicles into the mix. Roads are already over stocked. Why are residents paying for town planners anyway when their role is obsolete.

One car space for every two rooms - now that's planning at a high level.

When one thinks about fools they don't need to look very far in Sydney. State and Local government so beholden to all but the rate payers.
