This is the third block in a row with the two adjoining blocks has been advertised as 16 units that is a total of 23 units - in the street which will make a large impact on the streetscape, the utilities and movement of traffic. The blocks have a steep gradient. It is hoped that the Council will consider that there is adequate parking on the sites and vegetation / trees to minimize the impact on the area. At present it is difficult to exit the streets (on which this is one) to the main road of Mitcham Road due to the traffic and cars parked on each side of the streets.
