- Description
- The proposed amendment is limited to the north wall of the existing ensuite. The endorsed plans currently show this wall as being retained. It is now proposed to demolish and reconstruct the wall in exactly the same position and alignment, with no change to its location, extent, height or the overall building footprint our outlook. There is no change to the approved setbacks, building envelope, overlooking or privacy outcomes, or the relationship of the building to the adjoining property. The amendment relates only to the method of construction of the wall and will allow the replacement wall to comply with the applicable building and fire-rating requirements.
