- Remove two (2) Persea americana (Avocado) from the backyard and replace with two (2) medium-sized local native trees from Council’s Development Control Plan 2022, Annexure B3-2 Tree Canopy Replacement Planting List, of minimum 45L pot size, anywhere on the property, within one (1) month of removal. At the time of inspection these semi-mature trees were in good health and condition however they are growing out from beneath the boundary fence which their buttress roots are impacting. It is recommended that they be removed and replaced before they reach larger proportions and causes further damage.
