- Secondary Consent Amendment to approved plans - We have revised the fence to include reinforced brick piers in between the previously endorsed design of timber posts. Additionally we are proposing a side fence and gate of matching style. We also added an aluminum screen to the first floor on the east elevation. Lastly we are replacing the front door and window with a new wrought iron door and side lights to fit within the existing space
