I thought that significant work on a building site needed to be included in a DA for approval, before any such work proceeded.
Not the case here. Extensive earth excavations/removal, and removal of a number of trees from the southern end of the block took place months before the DA was even lodged.
Makes any motherhood statements about tree preservation look a little hollow.
