Wow; two dwellings with garages and a swimming pool all on a 1300 square metre block which is restricted by a 6 metre x 65 metre pedestrian Right of Way. Obviously the pedestrian right of way will become a car parking facility for the two owners and a public viewing platform for the swimming hole. Let's not forget the 10 metre front set back and the 1.5 metre side set back.

It's amazing what an architect can achieve in today's planning environment.
