This ain’t a granny flat. This is a 3rd house on this property! The existing house has been changed, without any approvals… upstairs is the original house, then they built in the ground floor, illegally, zero approvals… both up and down fully self contained, seperate entrances, bathrooms kitchens and laundries for each. Check online. This is a 3rd house! Already constructed! Who ever builder should be reported! Just be honest and do the right things!
