I support this application.

This site is close to Norton Street's shops, regular buses to the city, and the light rail, so replacing a single house with two semi-detached dwellings is exactly the kind of infill housing the Inner West needs to address the housing shortage.

Another original character home to be demolished. More trees to be removed. And hardly any green space to be left for the occupants. This is a block of only 213sqm, yet two townhouses of two stories will be crowded in. All for increasing housing capacity but such a shame this charming house will be lost. Generic townhouses are popping up everyone, most of them are pretty bland. I am sure the owners will make heaps of money though as it is a great location.

I fully support this DA, it’ll turn a rundown old house into 2 homes, which is badly needed in this community.
The existing house offers very little to no heritage value, so knocking it down shouldn’t be a problem.
Considering it backs onto Pioneer Park should alleviate any perceived lack of green space ratio in the plans.
