The Proposed modification to construct 2 Additional floors from 4 storey to 6 storey will encrouch on residental homes lossing their privacy where it will look directly into homes, yards and windows.
It will significantly block the amount of natural sunlight and air flow to surrounding properties.
It will also increase noise and pollution from increased residents and trash collection.
There is now already an issue with lack of indaquate parking on Kent St and the proposed property development does to provide enough basement level parking.
This will cause street congestion, traffic hazards to a narrow st.

The 26-30 Kent Street complex in Belmore, NSW, features 3 floors of residential apartments. It also has a ground floor or basement level used for parking.

The additional 2 floors will clash with the 26-30 street complex next door and it will clash with the character of the exisiting street.
