Selling packaged liquor from an apartment on the eleventh floor of a residential apartment building is an entirely inappropriate activity and contravenes the Owner's Corporation rules for the apartment building at 38 Bank Street. This application must not be approved.

This should not be approved. The packaging and sale of alcohol from a residential apartment building is not permitted. There are many vacant commercial premises from which this business could be conducted.
